I have had fabulous service, excellent insight to what my insurance actually covers, Kindness empathetic in Genuine concern and anything else that I have ever asked of my State Farm representative AMY K. I Had to return to the office, one day recently, and the new agent John, Has a wonderful personality, extremely caring for his customers. I have known John for several years, He has several years of customer service experience , and in my opinion, he is well on his way to be coming an Excellent team member. "So rude. I called for cancel my policy and I was really treated in a very despicable way. Who do you think you are? I am the customer here. You are paid to sell products and help customers, you can't tell me to call you in a month when I ask for your help, what kind of tone is that?"
